Shipping

Every order ships from Rochester, NY via USPS or UPS.

Orders are packed and handed off within one to two business days. Shipping is calculated from your order’s actual weight at checkout, and a tracking number is emailed to you when the label is created. We currently ship within the United States only.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us right away and we’ll help track it down or make it right.

Returns and refunds

Play guarantee

Function is the one thing we do guarantee. Every disc is backed by a 30-day play guarantee: if an item doesn’t play, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it, your choice. If you resurface the disc yourself, the play guarantee is voided.

If we made the mistake

If an order arrives wrong or is damaged in transit, that’s on us. We’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full.

How to reach us

Email info@highfallsmedia.com with your order number and what’s going on, and we’ll take it from there. Please don’t ship anything back before contacting us, so we can be sure it’s received and credited.

Condition grading

We grade by visible condition after cleaning each disc to lift fingerprints and smudges. A grade describes what we can see, and we grade the disc and the case separately, because a sharp-looking case can still hold a scratched disc. We don't watch each title from start to finish, so function is covered by the play guarantee above rather than by the grade itself. Original cases and artwork are included unless a listing notes otherwise.

Sealed/New

Factory sealed.

Like New

Disc has no visible scratches and looks unplayed. Case and artwork show no real wear, and it’s often hard to tell from a new copy.

Very Good

Disc has light surface marks at most, nothing deep. Case and artwork are intact and complete.

Good

Disc shows visible scratches from normal use, backed by the play guarantee. Case or artwork may have scuffs, scratches, or a crack.

Acceptable

Heavier wear. The disc may be noticeably scratched and the case or artwork may be cracked, marked, or incomplete. Priced to match, and still covered by the play guarantee.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fill your order and reach you about it: your name, shipping address, and email. Payment is processed by Square over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your card number.

We share your details only with the services required to complete your order, such as the payment processor and the shipping carrier. We don't sell your information, and we don't track you across the web to target ads. For any question about your information, email info@highfallsmedia.com.

Terms

By placing an order you agree to these policies. Prices and availability can change, and listings are first come, first served. We may cancel or refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or if an order appears fraudulent. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
